**Freedom of Information Request Form**If you are requesting documents from the District office, please complete the attached FOIA form. The District has up to 7 working days after receipt of the request to approve or deny the request per FOIA guidelines. The first 50 pages of material will be provided to an individual at no charge, but subsequent copies will have .15 per page charge. FOIA request should be sent to the attention of Jennifer Hamm, Superintendent.
